District Curling Event in Riverview, NB

Posted By on January 18, 2016

This past weekend, the Riverview Kinsmen played host to 18 curling teams representing various Kinsmen, Kin and K40 Clubs from across New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island.

Regularly recognized as one of the best social events in the Kin Year, participants took in 3 games of curling, a number of great meals, a great Saturday night banquet and a weekend full of fellowship.

The team from the Fredericton Kinsmen Club were lucky enough to walk away with the honours this weekend, skipped by LM Bob Brannen, along with Governor Lee Burry, DG (Zone A) Gary Jones and LM Paul Lawson. Check back to the Atlantic Tides Online in the near future for additional coverage of this great event!
