Information on a new award sponsored by the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of New Glasgow.

PEARL AND BILLY MACMILLAN MEMORIAL DISTRICT SERVICE AWARD

Objective:

• To encourage all clubs to participate in raising service dollars
• To recognize the total service dollars raised by a club, regardless of the number of members
• To continue to encourage clubs to increase membership

Management:

• These submissions may be from a Kinette, Kinsmen, or Kin Club
• Each club must report the total annual service dollars
• A perpetual plaque and banner crest or certificate shall be awarded to the Club who donates the most service dollars
• Plaque to be donated by the Kinsmen Club of New Glasgow
• The Winner is to be announced by the District Service Director at District Convention
• Plaque to be presented by the President(s) of the Kinsmen and Kinette Clubs of New Glasgow
• The plaque is to be returned at the following District Convention
• The winner will receive a keeper plaque
• Contributions must be received by District Treasurer prior to May 31 in order to be eligible
