Good Day Fellow Kin,One of the goals your District Team has this year is - Develop a plan and create a learning environment where D7 will be inspired to lead.While looking at this goal during our onboarding in Jun, two things quickly came to light:1. We needed information from our membership to determine why they are not volunteering for leadership positions and what areas we need to concentrate on in creating a learning environment; and2. This would be a multi-year effort.In order to get the info we needed, a survey was created.This is an anonymous survey with 10 - 13 questions depending on how you answer the questions. It only takes a few moments to answer the survey and we ask that as many members of D7 fill out the survey so that we get a significant amount of info that will allow us to develop a great learning plan moving forwardFor those who have not completed the survey, please do so.
