101: Leadership Fundamentals

Want to level up your leadership skills in 2021? We have the perfect learning opportunity for you through the Leaders Building Leaders Series! Beginning in January 2021, we will be offering Zoom training sessions to help you achieve Level 1 of the leadership series.

The Leadership Fundamentals certificate courses focus on the individual and the fundamentals of effective leadership.

Courses include:

• Introduction to Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (February)
• Diversity & Inclusion Media Review (March)
• Managing Conflict and Creating Resolution (April)
• Group Dynamics / Group Think (May)
