If you’ve logged into www.iKin.ca recently, you would have seen the pop-up prompt to complete your Annual Declaration. The annual declaration is part of ensuring that long-time members do not need to complete a Criminal Record Check every three years (unless they hold a leadership position as per the Volunteer Screening policy).

All you have to do is select one of the options and then click “Save and Close” and you’re done until next year!

If you are able, please use the online system to complete this annual check-in. This makes it much easier for Kin Operations to mark you off as complete and also reduces the risk of a form getting lost in the mail.
