This Support Centre helps the Kin Canada Operations team serve you in a timely and efficient manner.
Every ticket is assigned a unique ticket number that you can use to track the status of your request using the “Check Ticket Status” button.
The Support Centre also allows us to see data on how quickly our members are receiving a response, making this system all part of providing the best possible service to our members.
