The pandemic has taken a toll on all of us mentally and physically. This is a friendly reminder to make time to take care of yourself and hydrate your body.
March 22 is World Water Day and is the inspiration for our hydration challenge this month!
Water keeps every part of your body working properly, helps the body flush waste, and stay at the right temperature. We need to continually replace the water we lose through breath, sweat, bodily functions, etc. every day or risk becoming dehydrated.
Want to participate? It’s easy!
Drink the recommended six to eight 250mL glasses of water every day for at least the month of March.
Post on the Facebook event page with your glass of water and let your fellow Kin know how you’re doing with the #hydrationchallenge.
Check out the link below for more information on making water your drink of choice and drinking enough water.
With Kin across Canada not being able to come together in-person as often, let’s make the most of it and enjoy each other’s company online, play some games, and have a laugh!
On February 28, 2022 @ 8:00 PM ET we will be hosting virtual Jeopardy! Review your trivia and other random knowledge to be prepared for the game!
We will split the group into 2-3 teams, so you can rely on your teammates and hopefully meet some new people.
