As you know, it will be in a hybrid format again this year, meaning that all clubs have an opportunity to participate in the business portion of our National Convention either virtually or in-person.
Please see below for some important reminders and updates.
Accredited Delegate Form Reminder
Clubs wishing to vote during our AGM must submit their Accredited Delegate Form (AD Form) to credentials@kincanada.ca by July 15, 2025 at 11:59 pm PT (firm).
If your club has not yet submitted an AD Form, please do so as soon as possible.
AD Forms that are late or incomplete will not be accepted.
Save the Date: Credentials Check-in Sessions (Drop-in)
Heads up that all Accredited Delegates (ADs) and Alternate Accredited Delegates (AADs) will need to attend one Credentials Check-in session, which will be hosted in Zoom on:
• August 6, 2025 from 7-9 PM ET
• August 7, 2025 from 5-7 PM ET
Please note that August 6 and August 7 will be the only days for Credentials Check-in. Therefore, if your ADs or AADs are unable to attend one of the drop-in sessions, please consider selecting different AD/AADs (before the July 15 AD Form deadline) who will have availability during check-in times.
Note: To complete Credentials Check-in, ADs and AADs will not need to stay the whole time. They will drop in to be Credentialled swiftly and then they can exit the Zoom room approximately 5-10 minutes later.
They will need to have access to a device with audio and video capabilities.
What Else to Expect Soon
Following July 15, 2025, all clubs’ ADs and AADs (as identified on the club’s complete AD Form submitted by the deadline) will receive additional instructions for the Credentials Check-in process.
