Leadership is an important part of who we are as Kin. Yes, we want to ensure we have strong leaders to help guide our Association for years to come…that’s a given. However, a broader impact we have in this area, is developing strong community leaders…and a network of those leaders…supporting our friends, neighbours and citizens across Atlantic Canada.

This Spring, District 7 will be launching Kinnext, as a Pilot Project for Kin Canada Atlantic. While additional details will follow in the upcoming weeks, we will be encouraging clubs to nominate one of their newer members in Kin to participate as an up and coming community leader. Our hope is to bring together a group of twenty individuals from various clubs and communities, and engage them in a weekend focused on learning, leadership, discussion, networking…and a bit of fun as well.
